Shortly after Japan’s big earthquake in 2011, I set up HELP JAPAN fundraising project via my blog to support those who were effected.
The project carried out in three phases between 2011 to 2013, over a thousand handmade miniature birds and limited edition products were sold online. Nearly £9000 was raised by generous participants from a total of 11 countries. The donation was delivered to one of the towns in the most devastated areas hit by tsunami.
"Keeping the light of hope" installation was intended to spread a message to people not to forget the after-effect of such a disaster.
Thank you so much for all your support.
