£120.00

[small group day retreat]

Date & Time: Friday 11th July 2025 10:00- 15:30

Location: Knaresborough, North Yorkshire, UK

For this session, Maki will offer a small group of people to create your own version of “mini words of life” ceramic wall hanging, as a daily reminder to help you ground, sooth and encourage. Maki will help you bring your design idea into the clay work and show you her unique decoration technique using the blue slip and sgraffito.

Prior to the designing your own words, Maki will also provide a guided work for you and your cohorts to reconnect with your heart. Many of us carries the unhelpful limiting belief that can be burdened us or hold us back. With the philosophy of ‘negirai’ (self compassion in Japanese) that she worked time and time again on her healing journey with a counselling team in Japan, then currently working with their team remotely, Maki will be sharing a small part of the methods that help you unblock and bring your inner voice.
